Ytd was quite a great start to uni life lovinnnnnn it :) superslacked with jem on the lib couch for 4hrs lol! was really distracted with twinnie beside me during sociology lecture and seriously.. :O
Today's elxyxy day.. im never gonna place an apple & aloe vera drink in front of el again. rushed all over the school.. met up with many peeeeeps and happy birthday helen, mimi is so proud of you :)
Carol and i laughed like crapppp today.. at each other. i almost fell off the chair again (but that was what she was laughing at), and thinking about the honking lorry driver is seriously way too funny to handle hahaha.
I remember some ASS mentioning that in hc, i was always "smiling to myself" or "banging the table laughing" lolllllll.
Also went to school to perform today, lugged the guitar all over the place, practised with SIR at "lover's park" aka "mosquito feeding ground" lol but very very grateful for what joel said >:] finger's peeling from the excessive guitar playing but wellwell debut ahead. plus the bus uncle asked me if i was a roaming musician ahahah.
Predictably irrational is a really good read, today i read about the high price of ownership, the quirk that we focus on what we may lose, rather than what we may gain. it is our strong aversion towards loss that results in many bad decisions made. indeed, i have only felt that for myself in these past few weeks. i even began to doubt my feelings, and whether it was my screwed up psychology controlling myself. the most amazingly shocking things have happened and indeed, we can never predict what we'll be like when we're hot, at the moment we're cold. like an amazing friend said, i should not bother about it, and i say, its alright im still happy. i am really all too lucky. everything seems to have fallen in place, everything's making sense right now. the path that im taking, has so many lampposts around i can clearly see where i'll go.. as opposed to the murky trails beside mine. i say that in a relative sense, if you know what i mean ;) its been quite abit of politicking, may i not turn into a lilong hahah.
Then again, the next 3days gonna be awesome because i know they'll be. :) UP and best coach's bday tmr, meeting up with j on sat and its bro's bday lunch on sun! its been heck of a busy crazy exciting socially vibrant fulfilling life. im being a little skeptical towards deontologists.. but what if i am one? maybe prof can answer my question :}
